I’ve always been captivated by the ‘why’ behind things—a curiosity that led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Microbiology, become a Canadian Osteopath, complete a 585-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and completed an executive education course in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School. This passion for understanding the human body and mind has driven my work with athletes, professionals, and individuals seeking lasting transformation.

But my journey began with my own struggles—facing chronic pain, autoimmune challenges, and the disheartening message that “there’s nothing more we can do” and “learn to live with it.” Refusing to accept that, I immersed myself in science, personal development, and smarter training methods to heal my body, reclaim my health, and rediscover my potential.

Through years of study and experience, I’ve developed a holistic approach that integrates the mind and body to create real, sustainable change. My coaching focuses on helping you uncover what’s holding you back, connect with what truly drives you, and take actionable steps to achieve your goals.
